Re: Need For Speed Undercover
Why can't we just buy the full game straight away? :( I'd get the collector's edition... btu I don't have a credit card and we don't have PSN pre-paid in Australia yet. :( I wish I knew mate, but I can guarantee that the Collectors Edition content is already on the disc like it was with Carbon and ...

Re: Need For Speed Undercover
Hey guys, It looks like there will be some DLC after all, as the US Playstation Store has a rather sizable list of add-ons, which include a Collectors Edition pack, as well as exotic, muscle, tuner, appearance and performance bundles like those from Carbon. http://img520.imageshack.us/img520/6663/th...

Re: Nissan 370Z Launches With Undercover
Makes sense, although I'd imagine we'll also get packs that include cars that are already in the game as well, like we did in Carbon, since I can't imagine there being cheats that will provide high powered cars like the Viper from the get-go. I just hope that if they have a collectors edition add-on...

Re: Nissan 370Z Launches With Undercover
I didn't expect Hondas or Acuras, not since they were prominently absent in the games with police present. I did expect a Subaru though. Hmm :?. Hmmm, the Subaru is surprising, but as you say Prince, the Honda and Acura brands, not so much. I guess the overall unpopularity of the new Impreza could ...

Re: Nissan 370Z Launches With Undercover
In where? Forza3? TDU 2 perhaps? Given that the R34 is still in the game along with the R35, I'd say that there's almost certainly a reasonable chance of seeing the 350Z make an appearance again, as I'd have to imagine that the 370Z is a fairly last minute addition to the car list in comparis...

Left Lane News also has an article on the 370Z. Along with the usual slew of press photos, there are also four in-game shots of the 370Z in action.

Re: Need For Speed Undercover
What exactly is the Nissan debacle? I was referring to when Nissan chose to remove themselves from Most Wanted a few years back, which of course created an uproar amongst a sizable portion of the community. And I don't think I've seen any GM branded car in the game so far, but we know that there ar...

Re: Need For Speed Undercover
I know this may seem like an odd question, especially given the rather comprehensive car list that vZv posted last week, but can anyone confirm seeing any form of GM branded vehicle in gameplay or in-game movie footage, as I’m beginning to get a little worried that we could be in for a repeat of t...

Nah, It's definitely the GT500KR Donald. If you pause the high-quality version of the video at the eighteen second mark, you can see the badge that adorns the right front wing is that of the King of the Road rather than the Super Snake , as the labelling is much clearer. http://img520.imageshack.us/...

Re: Body Kits in PS
It would seem that a glitch of some sort led to me assuming that the garage was limited to 19 cars, but having won a car that brought me up to 20 tonight, I switched off the autosave feature, and began buying as many 240SX's as the game would allow me to. With 57 cars in my garage, I received a mess...

Re: Pro Street Drag Tuning
I've managed to run the quarter mile in 7.40 - 7.60 seconds, and the half mile in 11.60 - 11.80 seconds using my fully tuned Z06. Since I was at Autopolis, I had the grass verge to deal with on the quarter mile thanks to a roughly seven second wheelie, and on the half mile, I totaled the Vette a cou...

Re: Need for Speed Online Nick Register
Hi guys,
I've switched over to the PS3 for Pro Street.
I like taking part in physical races that leave body panels bent and windows smashed, but I do draw the line at out and out cheating, such as attempts to cause me to total my car.

Re: Body Kits in PS
Having noted that at the handling bar jumps up considerably when I change from the stock body kit to the stock auto sculpt body kit, I've found myself wondering whether the auto sculpt kit in default form improves the cars handling on track once level 3 performance upgrades are applied. Since I'm st...

And plus if you wreck someone hard enough to put them out of the race a on circuit, do their car stay on the track in the same spot they slid to a halt. That's an interesting point actually, especially in terms of online play. Assuming that writing off your car will still be possible during online ...

Or, it could be one of the 8 supercars. That's an interesting thought actually. In terms of what we've come to know of this game, specific car classes are yet to be mentioned, leading many to assume that high end exotics will be poorly represented. Perhaps EA's use of the term super car could be a ...

maybe there will be a db9 that you can customize into a dbr 9, or maybe its a bonus cars, in which case i will be angry. Perhaps, although technically, a DB9 with a DB9R body would still be nothing more than a tuned DB9 performance wise. If it is a bonus car, I would hope that EA will listen to us ...

EA is just making this one too much real world. They should give some drift and drag racing. Errm, I thought drift and drag races are gonna be back for Pro Street? They are. Whilst information is sketchy, we've been told that drift racing will use the same physics engine as grip racing, and that dr...
