NFS:PS Modding Tools
Hi i looked around but i couldn't really find anything so i was just wondering want are some tools i can use to makes mads for Prostreet and/or tips too.

Search on NFSPlanet.de for NFSU360's TexEd 0.7.6 Beta. It'll allow you to modify textures, but not much else.
There really aren't that many other tools, though.
