you seem to be forgetting time zones?
when its getting light here in NL, its around midnight in the US
so if i start a race at say.. 7am, it should be day in my game
a player in eg: NY, would be @1am, so its night
what if im going to race this person from NY?
EDIT: i suppose this could be possible if a central time server was used, so everyone has the same time
but i guess that would make things quite complicated/expensive

Ok. Let's say your in Florida and your racing Djiel and he's in Netherlands. Why should he be racing in the day, and you racing in the night? It makes no sense to go against the whole game's structure for a simple gameplay mode to show you in darkness and him in light for hours and hours on in.

Basically, they should give you the option to modify parts in more than just one style. Like in Carbon, each bumper had it's own selection of zones to change.
This time out, why not be able to have more zones on the same parts that you can unlock as you progress through the game.

that every continent has it's own version of the/a car.
For instance the Astra
Brittish NFS gamer drive the Vauxhall Astra VXR
Mainland Europe NFS gamers drive the Opel Astra OPC
Australian NFS gamers drive the Holden Astra SRi Coupe (ok not the same specs as above but just to show the options)
North American NFS gamers drive the Saturn Astra Red Line.
Why?
Well then when you go online you can see cars from all over the world so you can see where a driver is from by his car.
just a tought.
Ha, I tried to post that idea earlier, but my internet cut out at the instant.
To move that further...try the Vectra.
Britain- Vauxhall Vectra VXR
Mainland Europe- Opel Vectra OPC
Australiasia- Holden Vectra
USA- Saturn Aura XR
LY7-36 engine or LP1-28 Turbo? The country will decide.
