Did you see the ending? They left it wide open for another... I'd be surprised if they didn't.

I haven't watched it.. School is sucking the life outta me. I guess by the time it (final exam) ends it won't be showing in theaters anymore. :(

Indeed. Many people said it sucks but I actually loved it. It's back to its roots and definitely the best one since the original. It also had great surprises such as ............... SPOILER ALERT!!! .................. when Han makes an appearance, and the last scene. Best part was seeing Diesel and Paul together again.....classic F&F. For whatever reason, they make a great team on screen.

Hey with the 5th F&F does anyone know when that is set, cos the 4th one was set before Toyko Drift, wasn't it.

In Australia it only just came out on the 16th so I'll probably watch it next weekend with some mates (after I've watched the first 3 to refresh myself.

The only other good movie I think I've heard of is the new Harry Potter movie which should be OK

My friend said that the 5th F&F will continue on from after Tokyo Drift, but I don't know how true that is.

The last movies I saw were Up and Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian.

Up was amazing... the visuals, the plot and the emotional scenes (though they didn't make cry... just a bit sad).

Not too impressed with NatM2 though. The fight and action scenes were fun but everything else seemed underdeveloped and bland.

I'm also gonna see Terminator Salvation soon.

I saw Star Trek again today. The little scientific errors aside, I was totally amazed by it. The acting was amazing, and it was actually a well thought out way to re-introduce the series while retaining the ability to make creative changes as necessary.
Also saw Angels and Demons. EPIC. Better than DaVinci code, IMHO.

Star Trek was good. I didn't know anything about the series, and not only did I understand everything that was going on, it was really entertaining.

I saw The Hangover last night, and I don't want to set anyone's expectations too high, but it was the funniest movie I've seen in a looong time. My stomach was in pain from laughing. On the other hand, on my way out of the theater, I overheard people saying they didn't laugh once... :|

That is why it the "new" star trek film is an action movie, not a star trek movie.

Speaking of Star Trek, did anyone notice how Spock could see the destruction of Vulcan from a planet that was completely in a different solar system?

Pretty disappointed with Terminator Salvation. Lots of holes in the story and a really cheesy ending.
Action was quite decent though.

awe, i was looking forward to that one. I guess Ill save my money.

Seems like 90% of ALL movies these days have endings that fall flat.. Am i the only one who feels this way?

I rented Gran Torino and I LOVED it until the ending. Seems like all movie endings suck.

I thought that the 'jokes' in Gran Torino at first were pretty good, but then as the movie progressed, it just became a forced laugh. And yes, it was a pretty predictable ending.
