Do you mean a different background than the Main-Costumize background (like you have in your screenshots).

Then you'll have to make the car in Career-mode and then you can go to any shop you want and take screenshots. BTW: you will have to have alot of money to costumize you car(s) in career-mode. So use a money-cheat

aif you dont wanna drive to the shops you can , change the look of your showroom to the look of the shops...
First go to your nfsu2 folder than to frontend and make a copy of your PLATFORMS folder than rename in the PLATFORMS for example CarLot01
to Showroom and it will look like the room of the car dealer.

ok...

i go to the NFSU2 file
i go to the frontend file
i then make a copy of the PLATFORMS folder
i name the original PLATFORMS folder CarLot01
i then start the game

it deosnt work. tell me what im doing wrong.

no, no. don't rename the folder. rename what's inside.
inside you'll see .BIN files. rename Showroom.BIN to something like Showroom1.BIN and then rename any other .BIN file to Showroom.BIN

gottcha...finally got it. just one question, there is Crib01, PaintShop01, CarLot01, AudioShop01, MegaloShop01, PartsShop01, and then the showroom file. but what one am i missing.
