Top Speed: 356 km/h
Car: Hyundai Tiburon
Upgrades: All level 3 (didn't bother to chose individualy) + Dyno tunning
Race: Drag
Reason for such low speed: Well i don't know which parts are better that's why i don't choese parts idividualy also i had standard Downforce (about half bar of downforce)

why a tiburon?? Skylines and Mustangs go faster.. I can go faster then you in a 240SX.....

Also i don't know the best setup for the Skyline.

its easy to get a higher top speed with a skyline:
install all lvl 3 performance parts
Setup:
Suspension: too complex, doesnt matter, dont change
gears: the last bar (underneath the 6th gear) all the way to the right
Turbo & ECU: all power in the highest RPM's
now, in Free Roam, you should be able to reach at least 370 kmh. In drag, you could reach at least 380 kmh
to the others: Yes i know there are WAAAY better setups, but this is just a basic one to go pretty fast

I made some changes to the Tiburon i got 369 km/h in Free roam and 376 km/h in Drag

376 km/h = 233.6 MPH

Really, really sorry for the insane bump, but for everyone saying that the people with 253mph Skylines were using a trainer:
It's very possible that they weren't. With full uniques, all stage 3 parts, great tuning, and a crapload of nitrous, you can achieve 253. In fact, the amount of nitrous necessary is only possible on the Outer Ring, when you already have double-full nitrous, then you cross the "finish" line and recieve nitrous for "clean lap", "lead lap", and "best lap" - which should fill it up on both bars again. I have actually done this, but I couldn't take a screenie when the car was at 253 - only 251, because I can't react fast enough. When (if) I get a YouTube account, I may post a video of it.
But yeah, a cheat program is necessary to get the uniques on the Skyline, and 253mph can only last about one second before you hit something and get slowed down to 240-ish. 256 is likely to be pretty much impossible.
For what it's worth, the 350Z can do 247mph with the same trick.
