Problem with Uploading Cars to my Garage

I can't upload any more cars! When i type in the name of car and all of that I click on upload and it goes to page cannot be displayed so then i refresh the page then it says i can't do this feature.... Why can't i upload cars anymore?

can anyone answer me plz? cause i need help..... it let me upload some cars but stopped letting me soon after that..... plz

Step 1: Click "Upload New Cars" in your garage.
Step 2: Type in your car name, select the modle of the car, enter your discription & select the car you want to upload from your HDD.
And Step 3: Press Upload

thnx for the help but i alreasdy know how to do that...... but it keeps on tellin me that "You can not use this feature". but it worked before, and then it said that, then it worked, and now it dosent..

Ive tried everything to get it to work properly... i have closed every program running and tryed, but it didnt work..... Ive Restarted my Comp, still didnt work....

1280x1024, ive got all the specs correct...

and like i said it lets me, than it dosent let me upload a car..... its wierd.
