It's like MS Paint, but with layers and anti-aliasing and all sorts of other neato features. I haven't had it long enough to thoroughly go through all of it, but I can see myself using it for less complicated projects rather than Photoshop.

Hmm looks like you might as well be using PS unless your bringing up the point that it's much simpler but still has a lot of the PS features

This should have been shipped with Vista to replace MS Paint.
