I have a problem installing NFMW on Vista . I get a message wich tell me that i cant install the game because i dont have dx9 . i installed dx9 but still i get the same message .
my GC is : 8800gt , windows vista .

That's strange, i've never had that problem with it in Vista Maybe you should "upgrade" Vista to XP

I had troubles too but I found this ANSWER and did exactly as it says (down below) and it installs/plays just fine:

If this does not work, you will want to copy the contents of the game to your desktop and install from there


then do like it says=works

i also had that problem but it's not how the flash says you should do. instead copy of all of your files from the instalation disc to your hdd. then enter autorun folder and then open autorun.cfg with notepad. you will see the line DirectXVersion=9.0c. change 9.0c with 0 and save the file and then instal the game.
