I was wondering if there could be a competition for Underground 1.

It's been covered a number of times. When the Underground 1 Community is more active, there will be a challenge.

-Underground: Surpassed by underground 2. You get 20 or so cars a month in the showroom... 15 of them are by one user, lol. A bit of an exaggeration, but if you look, those showrooms are close to dead.
