Yep, looks like a Cossie to me. The wing is a dead giveaway, otherwise I'd probably think it was a Lotus.

And Bojan... yeah, that's a BMW 1-Series Coupe. I'm really excited to have it in the game.

If you mean the car on the extreme right, I'm pretty sure it's the Nissan 2000 GT. And it's hard to tell from the angle of the BMW, but I think you're right, Bojan.

Keep in mind that the graphics engine is the magical work of Slightly Mad and not EA Studios. Expect graphics completely different from what we're used to.

HELLO All...

I found some actual gameplay videos on this French gaming site.
Theres a Pagani and A Porche.. theres also a taste of what the music is going to be like.
I must say the graphics look amazing.

Nice. I have to say that the graphics look like ProStreet, except more optimized.

I really hope that whoever was playing turned off the HUD. Racing games without HUDs are not fun at all. It pretty much limits you to the cockpit view, assists, and instinct in order to pull off a good race. I'm excited about one thing: camera freedom!!!! Although it's not without bugs (camera going through the ground) it's more than what we're used to. I also liked the damage scenarios, especially hearing the driver say "ow". Did anyone notice the random spurts of exhaust flames? Was that NOS?

The cockpit view looks really fun. I wasn't sure about the interior blur effect at first, but I kinda like it. I still hope it's optional. I think the driver grunts and sounds would get a bit annoying after a while... The sparks are a bit excessive, and I'm not really impressed with the damage. Though, I'm guessing damage was off in the Zonda video and it was limited in the Porsche video - because the windshield didn't break or anything (but the GameTrailer interview had a McLaren F1 with a broken windshield - which looked really cool, by the way).

And no, prince, that's not NOS. Watch any touring or sports car series, and you'll regularly see flames from the exhaust. They have mentioned there will be NOS in the game though.

I've noticed few new decals and it looks like you can add glow or shadow for some decals (revo decal on 370Z) And also some decals (Kumho and Hankook) the logo is different color than the text. Usually decals are one colored in NFS games.
But maybe those things are not open for us to use (assuming there is a thing like visual customization in the game) Like in ProStreet all the vinyls and decals on AI cars werent open for us (the skull vinyl on the RX-7 and PIAA decal on the same car for example)

If it really is exhaust (I find it hard to believe), I'm seriously impressed with the realism. Now as long as NOS doesn't make the exhaust flame continuously....

Decals or vinyls whatever. Decals were vinyls in UC but there was vinyls and decals separated in ProStreet... cant remember Carbon... Anyway there is some new and you can do (or have) new things with them (at least in AI cars)

Actually, I'm almost 100% positive that it's the new 2008/2009 Dodge Challenger. The older ones didn't have Challenger written in that font.

Hmmm... Is this RX-7 on the Nürburgring?

The road looks like it has some writing on it, the barrier looks right, there's plenty of foliage in the background, there's white stripes on each side of the track... Those rumble strips also look familiar. Does anyone recall The Ring having rumble strips like that somewhere on the track?

I'm pretty convinced it's the Nürburgring.
