patch problems

can any one tell me if you can get the classic team cars with out the 2nd patch. the patch always makes my before race movie blurry

Uninstall everything, keep the saves obviously. Do a clean install of Shift, and then apply the patch, finally run the game, should work

I figuresd out that it is a corrupt file in the second patch that is causing havic with my ATI card

You are not allone...I have the same problem - movies before and after the race are blurry.
My OS: Win 7 64 bit home premium, Sapphire Vapor-X 5770, ATI CCC latest version, newest drivers.
EA-Support can't help...

DirectX 11 is already installed.
