i know that there's a cheat for it and i know it and used it but what does it do and where is it?

in the city a new dealership is opened and after you visit it a special Mazda RX-8 is unlocked for quick race.

okay when is it opened up because i'v bassicly owned the game went dow every street/shortcut and never found it

when you enter it you see a car, the RX-8 that is pre-tuned, white(silver?) paint and some black custom vinyl + a spoiler i think that looks as if it was really some Limited Edition of RX-8. anyway, with that you see a message saying you unlocked this custom rx-8 for quick race. and thats it.
