[CTC 20] - Theme Tiebreak

We have a tie with the theme choice. Please pick one of the two. Also, let me know if 2 weeks is enough time to create an entry. Follow the comment link to vote!
The two tied themes are:
[Super Street] - The body-kit used must be tier 1. The cars used must be fairly affordable, and typical street cars. The vinyls should also be "street". Basically, sporty, but not hardcore, and something that will turn necks. The ultimate daily drive?
[Showcars] - Not what this game's geared towards... but there's plenty of layers to work with to create something different to the mass of performance cars in the showroom.

Super Street gets my vote, I always like to keep cars simple.
Most Tier 1 bodykits for affordable cars look really nice, along with some not-that-expensive rims.
For me, 2 weeks is enough time, as long as you also give 2 weekends (start on a Sunday, for example, and ends two weeks later on a Sunday).
I hope we don't get a tie again lol.

Yeah, it's Super Street Luckily because the first comment after my Aargh won.
I can't start the event for a few days though because of uni and a concert and motor racing.

Re: [CTC 20] - Theme Tiebreak
two weeks is kinda crap for a shift ctc entry period, i mean it takes most of us guys a month to create a good car, two weeks means we'll see alot of incomplete and "half-hearted" cars. like i said before, a month would be ideal,
though now since its super-street i have to think of a whole new idea that fits a tier 1 car XD but first i have to wait till sometime next week for my damn laptop cable to come back from hp XD
PS can we use a tier 2 car with a stock body? because some of them are fairly cheap but dont have a tier 1 body (only teir 1 does) so can we use one of those with a stock body?

Tier one bodykit... I'll work on the carlist though. Don't go tuning a supercar in other words.

You don't need to work on a car list, since the only cars that can be tuned with a Tier 1 bodykit are Tier 1 cars. So, only the following 22 cars can be used for this competition:
Audi S3
Audi S4
Audi TT Coupé 3.2 quattro
BMW 135i Coupé
Chevrolet Cobalt SS
Ford Escort RS Cosworth
Ford Focus ST
Honda Civic Si
Honda S2000
Infiniti G35 (V35)
Mazda MX-5
Mazda RX-8
Nissan 200SX (S14)
Nissan 240SX (S13)
Nissan 350Z (Z33)
Nissan Skyline 2000GT-R (C10)
Renault Sport Mégane R.S.
Scion tC
SEAT Leon Cupra
Toyota Corolla GTS (AE86)
Volkswagen Golf GTI
Volkswagen Scirocco
This is a nice selection IMO. Not that expensive cars and they are "fairly affordable" and "typical street cars". I see most of these on a daily basis. But it's up to you, of course.

Re: [CTC 20] - Theme Tiebreak
Yes, but unfortunately they cannot be tuned with a Tier 1 bodykit, just Tier 2. Well I already choose my car... since there isn't much body work to do (
) I must focus on the paintjob now. Gotta put those 1000 layers up to good use.
