Screenshot Help.

Hi! So here, I was playing this game and for some reason I'd liked to take screens. Well, the problem is how can I take screenshots. Ofcourse the printscreen. But surprisingly it doesn't work! So, to my craving. I used some third-party screen recorders to do it. But no avail. Someone please help me with this. And I really appreciate it. Can somebody tell me what "key", what thing, or what should I do to make screenshots? By the way, the last time I took a screenshot, It turned out to be an empty window. this might be weird or something. Please help me. Thank you.
