Drag Mode coming to World "very soon"

According to the dev. team, the much-waited Drag Mode for Need For Speed: World is just around the corner. Back in June we saw a screenshot of the Porsche Carrera GT being tested in a drag track, and it seems that before October reaches an end, we will have a new racing mode in the game. In the following days, the dev. team will post something new every day regarding this mode, such as "new pre & post-race screens, Launches, Shifting and racing in MANUAL TRANSMISSION!" In the end, the dev. team will also set up a Live Chat to give players a sneak peak of the new mode and to answer all the questions.

Drag racing was last seen in SHIFT 2: Unleashed as DLC, and before that, in ProStreet. The mode made its way to Need For Speed in Underground 1 and 2, where it gathered a lot of fans.
