I noticed on the loading screen for ps3 there is a blue Lamborghini aventador there is also a video on youtube with someone driving a blue lambo aventador is this color even unlockable, is it a secret on how to get or something.

Probably dropped that color for unknown reasons. Color selection for the most wanted cars are lacking for that matter.
