how do i download a vinyl to the game?

how do i download a vinyl and put it on my car without using that bintex thing, or someone please help me use that stuff. Even the intstructions given by nfsunlimited are to confusing!!!

you can't! you have to use Bintex...

how dificult is that... just read the instructions in the readme from Bintex (that why they made one.... to read it...) and you will see that it's easy
