What about GT Academy for Gran Turismo? It's skill based, and it's only open to some European countries and Australia. As far as the PC being left out, maybe they're worried about cheaters and/or mods.

You get points for taking out other drivers? That's not racing. I wouldn't really care if it was a traditional NFS but with SHIFT's emphasis on reality, players should be penalized for taking out opponents, not rewarded. I thought SHIFT was supposed to be all about serious racing. And it's not that ...
