How come you can't notice? You can buy Boost for +25% Rep Accelerator for 7 days. I do have Boostpoints... Maybe player can vote for collision on/off before race start. I think that would be a voting madness. Having votes in a MMO would be a nightmare. Not in private but in public Races I would say. In private races you can play with friends etc. that you know, play fair. In public races you never know whats coming.

I just checked. Server seem to be online again. But roughly 40 MB, I wouldn't call that a big patch at all. The last one was over 80 and also didn't really bring some useful. So I wouldn't get too excited about that Patch.

There is a discussion about that on EA Forums, unfortunately too many people dont see it as a problem. Probably because they like to do the ramming themselves.
