First off, I've found a number of hidden races all over Bayview, when I got the option for a Unique I got a phone call and an SMS message BUT the sms message didn't show up on my HUD (Heads Up Display) But when I opened my Mailbox sure enough it was! I think its probably a glitch of some sort.
