I found a solution!

Go to http://www.suprnova.org and click search, then find the Nfsu2 Language changer (its called something like that).

If you dont know already, you have to have bit torretn to download anything off of suprnova. Get bit torrent at http://www.download.com.

Hey I just installed nfsu2 and for some reason the default language is what I think sounds like German.
