I won a Unique performance upgrade once, tires to be exact, and my car's handling became superb compared to before installing the unique. :) Which is better for handling? Tires or suspension? In PSP I'd use the free line trace (freehand selection) tool to cut around the car. Straight lines are easy. Do curves with lots of short lines and a bit of patience. If you can't get a perfect line (like if you want to capture the shadows or whatever) set the tool to feather at 15 pixels or so then...
