Re: Texhnolith's 1998 Nissan Silvia S14a (200sx) SR20DET
And I work on workdays obviously and durring the evening it gets dark to quickly to work on the car. Since I work during the week I dont want to attempt doing stuff on the car as I need it to get to work. If something goes wrong and I cant finish up the same day I dont have any transportation to wo...

Re: Felix's 1996 Nissan 200SX Project
Yes, it will need remapping and a boostcontroller which will be mechanical not elektronic. Z32 MAF was also missing from the list. Also widaband AFR-meter would be nice as would be oilpressure cauge. The dv is atmospheric and the engine works fine with it. In the little fender bender it was mostly t...

Felix's 1996 Nissan 200SX Project
Took me long enough to get this topic started but here it is. My ride is a Nissan 200SX with SR20DET engine. The car was first registered in Germany 1996 and was imported to Finland in November 2005 by me with a help of friend. At that time my plans were simply just running with stock engine and tur...

Sounds interesting with a car weighing less than 1000kg. Are those transplants how common?Grez~Supra_RZ-S wrote:-SR20DET transplant

In Finland we use the metric system. So I converted the numbers from litre/km to mpg.

Also, I hope I'm not being a bother, but can someone PM me a few pics of the interior? I heard the seats were kind of uncomfortable, and that the S15 seats were a simple bolt on swap... thx! :P (I'm also just curious to see a stock dash lol) Image quality doesn't matter to me, I don't want to sound...

Re: What car do you drive ?
We should all have an NFSU weekend at the 'Ring! :D Wait for me to get something more worthwhile than a diesel A4 that isn't as hard going as the bike and I'd love to come  Would be great to go to the 'Ring but I'm still quite far a way from that happening. I haven't even driven a lap on a...

Ive been a resident of the SXOC for the last 5 years :) Wasn't expecting anything less  That's why I mentioned SXOC. Abbey and Horsham are familiar names. Ofcourse I have no firsthand experience coz I've never been to UK  And yes I did see the two words you used :) And... I've got to ad...

Re: What car do you drive ?
On a standard turbo, ECU and intercooler I doubt it. Quoted for truth. My friend has a stunning S14A, Stage 1 mods (Roller-bearing T28, FMIC, HD chip, Blitz exhaust/de-cat, HKS filter, copper plugs, Walbro 255, Blitz SBC-iD), on a low mileage and pristine car. His dyno'd at 270bhp @ 1.2bar, and ran...

Current rims are from Rondell. Nothing special and actually quite heavy rims. I think they look ok and I wasn't even any hurry to change them. I've had them almost 3 years(came with the car). http://img391.imageshack.us/img391/2070/cimg16311jx.th.jpg The new rims are quite rare in Finland. The selle...

The current wheels are 17".
Now I might have a buyer for the current wheels
If I get them sold I'll buy tires for the new ones.

I've got auto-up/down function on drives side window. And that's already from the factory.
I guess the auto-up would be too risky for some dumb*sses who might choke themselves to death on the window

Thanx mate
Some of the orangey glow comes also from the streetlights which are yellow. But thanks for the tip coz I'm not that good at taking photos.
I've had this camera less than 6 months. Last time I had a camera was when I was something like 10 years old. So still pretty much learning.
