it only happened to me when i installed mw wheni already had nfsu2 installed. but it didnt so play when it shouldve said install. the pictures on the installer where just messed up.

i find that going into ur temp folder (drive):\Documents and Settings\(user)\Local Settings\Temp
And deleting anything with the name 'autorun' helps.

i find that opening your picture with ms paint then saving it as a jpeg reduces the size heaps! try that.

u can just change the res once u encode the video. remember that fraps records uncompressed frames. so make sure u use something to compress it later. EG. windows movie maker, Imtoo video encoder, ETC.
