Personnaly, racing without NOS will show us who is the best and the fastest driver here. NOS will change all that, just showing us who is the guy that have done the fastest lap. It doesn't prove that he's good, but just prove he used the NOS at the right place. I could use NOS on my hotlap and be 1 ...
