The fans arnt noisy, It's the one in the back I think its called the cpy fan or something? The one in the case, It's just so damn loud, is there any need of cleaning it out?

Hey guys, My computer is way too loud, Like when ever i start doing alot of stuff on my computer it will start to get really loud in the back fan. And i was wondering how would i fix that?
