In MW all Muscle cars had the supercharger option in place of the turbo option. Hopefully carbon offers both, even though the idea of a muscle car making ricer sounds gives me the shivers it would certainly make the game more versatile

So turbo setups on the early girls will be a blow-through set up I guess. Or will only superchargers be available on the Muscle cars, as was the case in MW??

Is there any confirmation yet of engine transplants into earlier cars? For example in Forza (i know its a sim) you could put the 5.7L V8 from the '05 Pontiac GTO into the '70 Pontiac Hardtop. Would be cool if that was possible.

Yeah a steering/pedals setup is all I could use on PC. No control of speed on takeoff, making it really hard to get a perfect launch

Yeah I tried MC3 but its just so unrealistic, quite a poorly done game IMO. I remember using Ferrari's and Lambo's in High Stakes against the cops

I think everyone is keen to see the next list, but some surprise would be good, heading to the car lot to see cars you weren't expecting.

Yeah in the german tuner video it showed a crew logo menu, probably just as lame as the usual logos available (Halo etc) Would be cool if you could make your crew logo into a vinyl.

Yeah I was thinking that maybe they have reserved there rights for Forza Motorsport, as there were no Ferrari's in GT. Maybe when they gave licencing rights to Forza it was on the terms that only the Forza line of games would have access to them. Who knows

What happened to Ferrari??

Just wondering why the newer NFS haven't featured Ferrari? The obviously must have had licences for them back in the earlier games, so why not now? With Porsche and Lambo's featured why not Ferrari?

Even the newer muscle cars have computer chips in them. It's only the pre-1990 cars that didn't have anything electronic in their engines. Yeah I know that, I'm a mechanic by trade, but there are several pre 90's cars there, that spiking wouldn't affect. I doubt that EA would have designed it like ...

I would consider Carbon to be as close to UG3 that we will get. It is back to nighttime racing, it has more focus on tuning, and features drift again. IMO UG2 focused too much on the tuning anyway, hopefully auto-scuplt wnt take focus away from the racing.

I always used the Subaru. When I played U1, the eclipse just slaughtered everything in drift, tried the same car in U2 and was very dissapointed. The WRX is the best I have found, especially in Downhill drift
