hare i am,sorry that i couldnt write an answer yet cuz i was in holidays in italia. i saw now that on nfs-planet.de is an tutorial,too : http://www.nfsplanet.com/nfsmw_tutorials.php?lang=eng so you can read it there too, its more detailed than my one, and my english isnt that good. to get the decals...

I know how to import own decals and get them working.
if you want, i can post how to do.
