He's right. Roadblock police vehicles have very limited sight. And generally, none of them will pursue you. I've waited 30 seconds within sight of a roadblock waiting for someone to chase me once.

If you enter a pursuit during a race, things like infractions, police cars tagged and destroyed and pursuit time aren't counted. So if you're in cooldown mode when the race is over, it's possible to have 0 pursuit time. My shortest pursuit time was about 12 seconds, I don't think it's possible to go...

Have a look in the Save & Utils section on nfsunlimited. Save Editor is what I use for Junkman parts. Just use it to add some performance markers to your savegame, then upgrade in the shop. You can only add 30 something markers at a time though, but you can add more when you're finished with tho...

The junkman/unique parts are on your car for life and you can't remove them (without hex editing probably), so I assume it will be on your new engine.
