I've tried editing the .mwps file and it works. I guess the next big step in speed/handling modding is a .vlt/.vls EDITOR.
Actually i've just thought. Is it possible to make a patch .mwps file for any other ingame car (without modloader)? Or does modloader have to be on?

xSpeed speeds up the computer. I think the physics profiles for each car are stored in, say, one file. It's a good question though, when creating custom cars for MW, with modloader, how do the authors change the speed? That's strange. Most Wanted worked fine on Vista for me (if not a little bit slower). The version was Home Premium Upgrade and on my trusty Intel 950 card
