does anyone know where I can get a targa format TGA editor (or editor that supports targa) freeware? I have a shareware version of NeoPaint, but it will eventually run out and I need one that I can edit transparencies on. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanx.

first, select the wheel you want to edit in the parts editor. Next go to the 'edit' menu and select vertex editor. I have no use for such speed. I would not find the car "fun" if it went any faster than 300mph, and that's pushing the envelope. I would prefer a more realistic approach even if it is a longshot, such as a 67 chevy pickup with a ligenfelter 427 LS6 or something like that
