i could, but the problem really is that I'll shift when it hits the green, and as soon as it's in gear it's time to shift again, and by the time i do that it's redlined. So....too much power or just some gearing issues or what? Someone that knows more about cars could probably give some good advice.

I need some serious tips for drag racing. Right now i have a 640 bhp Rx-7 that i'm dragging, but i need some help cuz i cant seem to get good times. One problem is that I can't seem to get any "perfect shifts" it's going through the gears faster than i can change them, and i've got a g25 m...

yeah my little nissan 240sx works just fine for drifting, i'm not very good at drifting, but i've had some really good runs with it, and havn't put more than 10,000 into it.

wahh i suck at drag lol, my 1/4 mile time is slower than your 1/2 mile lol (so yeah, don't ask how fast it was, it's embaressing lol)

hmm, well i don't see any react logo's in the game, which is odd, i dunno if you've gotta unlock them or what. All there is is 2 noise bomb and 2 super promotion logo's. I'm almost to the react area though so maybe it'll unlock them then? I hope so.

I'll be customizing my STi soon, and I'll get some pics with just react logo's first so you can see what it looks like with logo's on, and then with the logo's and custom styling.

so yeah problem resolved, i canceled my order to EA after i called my local gamestop who has it in stock. I drove to gamestop and got it there, and in the end, i didn't get the STi from pre-ordering, but i saved $10 cuz EA's shipping is so freekin expensive lol.

yeah i guess it was a bit harsh since i only pre-ordered on the 10th, but still...when you pre-order, you order it with the expectation of getting it pretty close to the release date, and now that its on back order...who knows. Either way I'm not a happy camper.

EA is doing terrible. I pre-ordered NFS:PS for the PC and just today they send me an e-mail that its on FREEKIN BACK ORDER. This f-ing sucks!!!! Anyone else get theirs on back order too? This is just really lame. If you got yours put on back order, i suggest you report this to their customer service...

Yeah i hope wheelies turn out to be a fun addition, if they become annoying i just might not do drag. I'm not gonna focus on it very much anyway, but i hope it turns out to be awesome.

Here's an idea, i dunno if it'd work, but we could just come up with certain logo's that you have to have in certain spots on the car, and then you can design the rest. Like say, you have on the back of your car, a react team sessions logo at the top, your name below it, and your personality beneath...

hey, its still possible lol, but i doubt it since their trying to create more of a street racing feel, and street racers don't drive around with wheelie bars on =P

Hmm, if possible i'd love to try an make a 500hp Lotus Elise, if that doesn't work out, (which it probably wont), then i'll try some JDM's like rx-7 or skyline, then muscle cars would be my last choice, probably a Camaro. But if i could get 500hp into an Elise, well, that might even be too much powe...

but yeah, as far as JDM cars go, Mazda RX-7, Mitsubishi EVO, and Subaru WRX STi, those are my favorite cars besides the lotus exige, but thats not JDM so it doesnt matter.

Hmm, i got my g25 from amazon.com for $250 cuz it was on sale, AND i got a $25 rebate xD i was stoked. G25 IS worth it though, if you really like racing games, nothing compares to having clutch and an H shifter. btw though, pigi, how did you make an e-brake?? i've been tryin to come up with somethin...

Hehe, i should see what kind of time i can really get with the RX-7. It is from speed challenge though, so the handling is really squirley, it's real easy to lose control if u screw up. I dunno if u can get expander for anything but PC, cuz its a seprate program apart from the actual demo.

For grip racing? If you wanna take corners hella fast, it's all about the Lotus Elise. I would say the Lotus Exige S, but thats probably not gonna be in the game, well, it's not on the confirmed list anyways. But yeah, Lotus' are bad A cars. Best handling cars in the world! Perfect for grip =)
