Undercover physics change: possible?

So I'm sick and tired of trying to ram AI cars and feeling like I hit a brick wall. Is there any way to alter the physics in the game to make AI cars a bit lighter?

Wouldn't really make much sense for it to be a simple Mustang (2006 or 2010) as the 06 Mustang GT was already featured in a past Car-lot update. Could be a Shelby though.

Since NFSC I thought they should call one NFS : Overtake and come up with a nifty little logo that plays on the fact that if you swap the two syllables, it becomes NFS : Takeover. actually, that isn't too bad, but kinda random.
