problem with shifting

hi. sorry for my english first. im still learning.

i have a problem. wheelie competition with Ryo Watanabe. I can't shift 1st gear. When I press SHIFT, just grrrrr, weird sound and that is all. Controls are all OK.

Please help me :cry:
