Its just your GF2, there`s nothing wrong with 3DMark. With a black screen it is usually your Graphics Card that`s the problem.

Try different drivers, i know you have the newest detonator but maybe an older one will solve it.

Don`t forget when you install other drivers first uninstall the old one!!
