the 20,000 thingy to start the career mode doesnt work...tried it several times, it didnt work

im all messed up, i got the game a few hours ago but the problem is how can i create a new profile wtihout deleting the first one, cause im sharing the game with my brother, its kinda stupid question but i really cant seem to make a new profile....
