BTW, I heard, that this engine (1.0) is:
- very good for 1st generation Yaris
- quite good for Yaris Verso
- very bad for 2nd generation Yaris (maybe it's too heavy, I don't know)

Well, as I know, nForce chipsets offer a bit better performance than VIA (or especially SiS ). And I don't really need 4 GB RAM

XP HE... For now I can't really use 98 because my Radeon X1650 Pro don't have drivers for it :| (98 works only in VGA mode, 640x480, 16 colors). I have Win 98 SE and XP HE. I've chosen XP HE in the poll.

The problem is, the only available 939 MoBos with AGP are ECS products

And I already wrote that the best CPU which I can buy is Athlon 64 3200+ or Athlon XP 3200+...

When will you bear in mind, that few months ago I bought new AGP card and power supply and I just don't have money for AM2 MoBo, new CPU, new GFX, new RAM? I'm just asking about Socket A, Socket 754 and Socket 939!

I still need opinions and comparisons of those CPUs...

I mean Socket A=Socket 462 (for Duron, Athlon XP, Sempron), not AM2. I know, that AGP, Socket A, Socket 754 are almost dead, but I have no choose. I must have a MoBo with DDR1 and AGP. I've checked this - in 3DMark 2005 HIS X1950 Pro IceQ 3 Turbo is better even than 7950 GT. In 3DMark 2006 - it's better than 7900 GT. In games: F.E.A.R. - better than stock 7900 GT, but worser than Gigabyte 7900 GS Zalman Company of Heroes - in 1600x1200 better than 7900 GS (stock), worser than 7900...

Radeon X1950 Pro (e.g. HIS Radeon X1950 Pro IceQ 3 Turbo, it has clocks 620/1480 MHz instead of stock 580/1400 MHz) or X1950 XT.

AIW 9600? He has probably AGP slot.

Buy GF 7600 GS GDDR3, 7600 GT or Radeon X1650 Pro GDDR3...
