It never ceases to amaze me what people manage to dig out of a game demo code.

This is a problem that has affected a lot of ATI 9600/9800 users (including me ), and as far as I know, there is no solution for it, aside from setting shadow quality to zero (removing them completely).
'Hopefully this will be addressed in the full game, or in a future patch.

oooh, yes they would - as anyone who's played the older NFS games can testify.

Screenshots taken with F12 are saved in your main game directory as .TGA files.
