Screenshots are very easy to fake. This would penalise the fair players and still wouldn't stop the cheaters. We have the means to request and require video proof for *any* time on the leaderboards. If that proof isn't provided within 7 days, the time will be removed. For people with old computers, ...

I think the idea was so you could "fast travel" around the map by switching jackspots. One of the ingame tips mentions that idea. Plus they want a lot of collectibles to keep you occupied.
