The car list is great, but still leaves me with a feeling that there is something missing. Where is the Mini Cooper S? Where is the Lexus IS-300 or IS-350? Dodge Charger?
So many great cars, but still so many great ones missing...

Re: SHIFT BMW M3 GT2 Trailer
Looking at the car all I can think is, "Can we do that?" I want to design something that complex and interesting. The game looks great, but I am hoping they stick to the estimated 1000 layers.

I agree with Hydro here. This looks like it is aimed at kids ages 6 - 10, and not traditional NFS fans. Looks like a must skip for me.

I am all for that. Let's go back to the beginning and make NFS Underground 3.

Re: What cars do we need (for speed)?
I think it would be good if the custimization options stayed pretty much the same for visual and performance tuning but it would be nice to see some options from UG2 to make a return (eg headlights, tailights) to make a return for people who like that style of modding. Wouldn't it be great (it woul...

Some cars I would love to see that are not in the list:
- Dodge Magnum
- 2003 - 2004 Hyundai Accent GT
- Hyundai Tiburan
- Pontiac G6
- Saturn Sky
- TVR

Leguna Seca. I will be happy if Leguna Seca is the only track, to be honest.

Re: are you annoyed with undercover
The only reason undercover is even on my computer is for when I want to design cars not in Pro Street. The game was easily the worst NFS out of them all. Gods I hope they don't screw up Shift like they did Undercover.

Re: New Screenshots for NFS SHIFT
The game has that visual appeal of Pro Street, and I have noticed they are reusing some Pro Street tracks too. Honestly, I prefer the track racing and race cars to the street cars in games like Carbon and Undercover. I am really looking forward to Shift.

Re: AmericanHotrod Challenge: Take The Voting Tour
There are two examples I use for a muscle car, and not an HR. I look at my dad's 1973 Z28 Camaro and I watch the show pinks. Here, in the States, when you say HR you are refering to anything from 1945 or earlier (http://www.capital-rodders.org.nz/Gallery/LB34Chev.JPG), but when you say Muscle Car yo...

Might be because EA is in the US. Even so, why couldn't it be across all systems? I don't have an X-box, and won't be buying one anytime soon.

You will never catch me using a Zonda (feels like cheating), but I have hit the low 7's in a few cars. My newest project is getting the AE86 below 9.33 in the 1/4 mile.

Re-downloaded the patch (and my version is store bought). Game still crashed at the EA load screen.

The patch that is listed in these links (US version) corrupted my game and I had to repair it back to 1.0 for the game to work at all.

Re: NFSPS PC version issues
Lets see: Sound glitches and sounds as though two high pitched gears are grinding. Rims are two different colors on occasions. If you have a vinyl that covers a long stretch on the hood it glitches and will extend temporarily to the rear bumper only in drag (so I have seen). Occasionally the body of...

Re: Pro Street Drag Tuning
I have to tweek them a bit to reduce the fact that they jump right into wheelies, but so far my best times are 7.68 in the RX-8 and 7.71 in the Cadillac CTS-V. Thing about the caddy is that once you hit the Nos down the track, the front end comes right back up (though it does not see to be affecting...

Re: NFSPS - every grip car tested
Gives me a big heads up on what I need to look for near the end of the game. I spent the longest time in a Cobalt, but it just was not cutting it against the Grip King. No car has stood up to that first car, with my driving style, until I caved and tried the Civic. Maybe I will comb your list for a ...

Really? I tuned both an RX-8 and a Cadillac CTS-V for drag and both do wheelie's. In fact, the Cadillac is the only one that I have pulled a 1320 foot wheelie in.AtaSu wrote:I'vd made a muscle car, with 857 bhp and still I can't do a whilleie...

I disagree with it being the worst. Ok, so no free roam, and set tracks make it feel a bit restricted, but the game is lots of fun.
