These powerful batteries are: Duracell MN1500 LR6 Alkaline. Size AA. 2units -->

Tell me about it, my mom had an old HP, that thing had to weigh well over 40 lbs! When I opened it up, all the plastic covering were lined with what looked like aluminum. The Structure of the case, itself, looked like it was made out of steel!boganbusman wrote:HP's are built like tanks!
ahh i love this thread.... anyways i just had a good work out, and i swear my biceps are gettin muscly..... hehehe. and now i can relax. But i am kinda getting afraid that, the fitter i get, the more vein i'm gonna be. If anyone notices that i am getting really vein (by analyising my text somehow), then please feel free to slap me with a wet trout...
what a coincedence! i also got my new ati today, a 9800 pro, and i also thought i didnt fit inside my comp...i asked a few pple about this and i learnt that i had 2 different types of slots - PCI which are (normally) white, smaller insize than AGP slots which are black and much bigger. i learnt that my gfx car d fitted in the AGP slot..and its working sweetly...hope i helped yaR34GTR wrote:My day has been pretty shiznit, it has been like 28 degrees here but then i got home and saw my New ATi Radeon 9250 128mb grx card had arrived, but then when i realised the that FUKIN slots on my computer are too small to fit the card so now, i have to wait and get a new computer!!!
Uhh, no, don't even try that. Ok, PCI slots are almost always white or a white-ish color. AGP slots are not always the same color, but they are normally bl;ack or red.
The long red slot on this motherboard is the AGP slot. All the other slots are the PCI slots. Hope this helps.

Not all pci slots are white or white is you have them also in yellow orange purple etc depends on the brand off your motherboard, the same goes for the AGP slot you have it in black, brown (standard color) and other colors. And a PCI-Express graphicscard doesn't fit in a normal pci slot because the pci-e slots are a little bigger.xHaZxMaTx wrote:Uhh, no, don't even try that. Hmm, but does it give any notifications to ask you to change the batteries if the bat. has gone flat or going to be? At least mine does...TheStig wrote:nope my keyboard has a wire again.. got pretty sick of having empty batteries when I was racing or typing etc.. pretty annoying when you are racing and the car suddenly slows down and can't steer

Yeah I would say that too, but I think we're in itSir Ibi wrote:hey! Get a room you two!!
@R34: I think that the easiest way to tell is just by grabbing your card and putting it next to all of your slots to see if it fits anywhere! No point getting pics and stuff, if it fits then it fits.
If not then you will have to buy a new MB.

Thats what I was thinking. Jsut go to the comp store and say, Can you show me what fits my Mobo and what doesnt... Shouldnt be to much trouble just to ask for help at a Comp store.boganbusman wrote: @R34: I think that the easiest way to tell is just by grabbing your card and putting it next to all of your slots to see if it fits anywhere!
