ok so i returned here car,got my own,pimped it up then got an sms saying to go to her garage, WHERE IS HERE GARAGE?

The purple dot is Rachel's garage. By "entered" you mean what? You need to press enter while on the "spotlight" in front of the garage (any garage) to enter it.

Is he even in the Career Mode? He could be in the Quick Race > Free Roam mode... You can't press 'enter' from Quick Race.

It's a game bug. I'm not sure of the details, other than since you no longer have Rachel's car, there's no car to "return".

And you're not supose to go to the Garage. You have to go to a car lot instead.
