Honda S2000

Is it possible to put a Honda S2000 in NFS U2?? apart from OPEL CORSA and Peugeot 106????

Nope. In the american version, you can get the Honda Civic Si and Acura RSX. No S2000 im afraid.

but they must put it in most wanted. al we can do is pray that ea will do so.

The files from NFSU1 and NFSU2 are different. No way you can put the S2K in NFSU2. It's been tried and proven that it was unsuccessful.
