Yes and no, some overly sensitive people dont even like Negro, they know its not an offensive word but they want trouble anyway. It is the proper word.

FYI I've seen alot of people fropm brookyln and most were stupid so stfu about stereotyping. You homeboys stereotype all the time so you don't have room to talk bro. You don't even know what color my skin so stfu.

Then Spain is full of drugdealers since no matter where you look at there is always a BMW 320... In my city there are some 5 series too and 2-3 M3s aswell... oh and I've seen several Z3 and a about two Z4 at least (there must be a lot more obviously).
