Great police car discussion...
In my country there is no Porsche or Lambo or any exotic for police use.
Our police have tuned cars like Honda,SuperB,A6 heavy tuned. SuperB top speed is 287km/h. Prety fast for Å koda. They are on highway and chasing fast cars or street racers.
Back on topic.Someone asked could we get cought in free roam?
So can we?

Can anyone confirm this?
EDIT:
"This" being - can you get pursued during free-roam because you hit a cop, speeding, etc.?

No, only a small part will be unlocked, just like the UG2 Demo.slaer07 wrote:TUNED CAYMAN! Score! Yes, this demo is going to be awesome!
EDIT -- Will we be able to just cruise around the city?
EDIT: There is a mistake in the system requirements. There is no such thing as a P3 1.2. I believe the highest P3 was clocked at 1.0 Ghz. Therefore, it would be P4 at 1.2 so if you have a P3 CPU, forget about being able to run this game.
I also think you need 3 Gigs of space for the FULL game. It's insane for the demo to need that much.

I think the free roaming effect will just like the PS2 demo be only in chase mode.
There is no real need for it to add it in the demo because it is nothing new, in U2 it was 1 of the big selling points so they had to show it in the demo.
but in MW it is about pursuits.
The way the PS2 demo worked was:
choose a car, choose a race (when you start you can only choose a tollbooth race (other 2 are locked) after that and race the race.. and as soon as you finish you had to get rid of the cops (race goes into free roam mode) as soon as you stayed away from the cops for the time that is needed you return to the menu.
and you unlocked the second race... and after that the 3rd and after that the demo is over.

I've watched the video posted here from GIGATV... I just want to know, why, sometimes when we start a race, we're just be placed on the streets, with the car running, and the police chasing us, RIGHT AFTER WE CHOOSE A RACE? I mean, shouldn't we begin from the beginning?TheStig wrote:but in MW it is about pursuits.
