Editing and swapping cars in NFS Most Wanted (PC)

Ok heres the info. i finally got need for speed most wanted for pc. I got the black edition becuase of the exclusive car (67 Camaro SS) in quick race. I want to switch files of the camaro with a car that i dont particularly like in the career mode, such as the clio. so that way when i go to buy the clio in career mode, it will look like the Camaro ss! i tried just swapping their files in the Cars folder, but nothing showed up for those two cars in the game! HELP PLEASE!!!!

lucky for me i did back up the two files! so i got it back to the way it was, but i still need to know what to do to get the two cars swapped

The Camaro is actually strictly for Quick Race, and the datas coded in the Quick Races & Career Mode is different. So I highly doubt there's a way to swap them.

Did either of you actually read the original post? hehe He wasn't asking for help because he didn't back up his files, he was asking for help on getting the SS Camaro into career mode (which I don't believe is possible).
