what is the best part of christmas and why?

id say, other than getting loads of new stuff, i like buying presents for people! mainly because i like spending money!

Yeah just GIVING is a great feeling. Last year I served the homeless at this park in Pasadena, CA. It was a great feeling. I mean, my family doesn't really celebrate, so I thought why not and give back that are less fortunate. I got free food at the end of that though. I'm Chinese so I get money (red envalopes) instead of gifts! YAY.

For some reason I don't really like getting more than one present. I always like to give gifts rather than receive one myself.

1: You get gifts
2: You don't have to work/go to school during that period

I dont get to see family... Only me mum and dad. We don't take a vacation to Russia for a week evry Christmas... My grandparents are in Russia.

I also like Giving and bbeing round friends and family........but i have a part time Job and i like wrking the day after christmas cos i get paid double.......

I also like all the savings and discouunts ya get after christmas......(at the shops)

I totally agree with you. I usually never see my relatives till Christmas time or New Years.

I still like presents. I usually like giving them rather than getting them. I just like finding the perfect gifts.

Best part of Christmas for me would be....
Getting back together with friends and having a casual week of doing jack all, but partying

The fact that my birthday is just 10 days before it

This year, having Christmas dinner with the gf's family (before she leaves to Japan on a sort of exchange program thing next year)

My personal fav thing..... spending money on the gf and gf's friends while still being able to spend alot on my family

There is more.... I just forget it atm
