obviously, whoever made the video hasnt finished the game yet. the road doesnt become unlocked until after you beat razor. notice how the guy had to trick his way into the hidden place because there was rubble blocking it

there's an easier way to get past that block ,download the trainer ,use the "get past yellow barrier" feature of it ,and you can go through the block ,no need to "fly"
