This has nothing to do with High Stakes. Right-click on My Computer, go to Manage, Services and Applications, Services. Stop the "Messenger" service and change startup type to disabled.

Double-click on the Messenger service and you'll see the Start-up type drop-down box. Choose Disabled.

Press the Print Screen button (near the Pause button), open Paint, and paste. Save the picture. If you have somewhere to upload it so you can link to it here, do that. If not, just use the Add an Attachment feature here.

There could be spyware on your computer. Download Ad-Aware. It'll scan your computer for spyware and delete it.

Be carefull when using Ad-Aware, since it can prevent some internet programs from running, like Kazaa, Counter-Strike and others.
Be shure to backup everything you delete.

I've never heard of it preventing CS from running..?
And if you use Kazaa, try Kazaa Lite instead. It works even better than Kazaa and has no spyware.

Yes, you are right about KazaaLite.
About CS, I don't remember wether it was cs, hl or some other game. However it is allways good to backup everything.
